By using our services or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About InhsoR Digital Labs
InhsoR Digital Labs ("InhsoR", "we", "us", "our") is a digital agency based in Virar, Maharashtra, India, providing website design, SEO, digital advertising, branding, and workflow tools services to businesses across India.
2. Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising)
- Google Ads management
- website assistant integration and automation
- Branding, logo design, and social media management
The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be confirmed in writing (via Email, email, or a formal proposal) before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
- Website projects: 50% advance required before work begins. Remaining 50% before final delivery/handover.
- Monthly services (SEO, Social Media, Ads Management): Payment due at the start of each month.
- Ad Spend: Client is responsible for directly paying ad platforms (Google, Meta). Our charges are for setup and management only.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque.
- Late payments beyond 7 days may result in pausing of active services.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Starter websites: 7 working days from advance payment and content receipt
- Business websites: 14 working days from advance payment and content receipt
- Timelines may be extended if client delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals
- We will communicate any delays proactively
5. Client Responsibilities
For timely delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, videos) within 3 business days of project start
- Provide timely feedback on designs and drafts (within 48 hours when possible)
- Designate a single point of contact for project communication
- Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed by the client
6. Revisions & Changes
- All packages include up to 3 rounds of design revisions
- Additional revisions beyond this scope may be billed at ₹1,500 per hour
- Major scope changes after project commencement will be quoted separately
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website, logo, designs)
- InhsoR retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing
- Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses
8. Post-Launch Support
- Starter: 7 days free post-launch support
- Business: 1 month free post-launch support
- Professional: 3 months free post-launch support
- Support covers bug fixes and minor content updates. It does not cover new feature additions.
- After the free support period, maintenance plans are available on request.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable
- If InhsoR is unable to deliver within agreed timelines (for reasons solely on our side), a proportional refund will be offered
- Monthly service subscriptions can be cancelled with 15 days written notice; no refund for the current month
10. Limitation of Liability
InhsoR Digital Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, ad performance metrics, or lead volumes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Virar / Vasai, Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
